Dear Colleagues,

Our business at SUNLIGHT is founded on lasting relationships with our partners. The outstanding quality of our products and our passion for our Customers comprise our core value proposition, whilst our relationships are strengthened by mutual trust, honesty, and integrity. This is an incredibly powerful combination when our partners choose to do business with SUNLIGHT.

I continue to be proud of SUNLIGHT’s very high standard of business and professional conduct, which enhances our reputation across the globe. We all have the ongoing responsibility, to ourselves, to SUNLIGHT, and to our business partners, to behave with integrity in a responsible and ethical manner, respecting the needs of individuals, society, and the environment.

Our Code of Business Conduct concisely expresses and formalizes our commitments and our high standards. The rules and guidelines contained in this Code help us determine the boundaries within which we should all operate on a day-to-day basis and advise us on how to avoid situations that may compromise our own or SUNLIGHT’s integrity.

The Code is designed as a guiding tool, and I encourage you to refer to it often. Every SUNLIGHT employee, at every level and in all situations –including Directors and Board Members– is expected to live up to the letter and the spirit of the Code.

If you are ever in doubt as to how to behave in any given situation, please ask for direction from your manager, your Human Resources Director, or your Compliance Officer. We commit to treating your concerns with absolute confidentiality and non-retaliation.

We all have a role to play in safeguarding SUNLIGHT’s and our own reputations. The Code overrides any other business objective. Any success we achieve is meaningless unless it is achieved ethically.
